I spent a good portion of yesterday watching "Long Way Round"- a six part series on Ewan McGregor and Charley whatshisname going around the globe on motorcycles- from london to new york through europe, the ukraine, slovakia, one of them "stan" countries, mongolia, up through siberia etc. It's really fantastic and I recommend it highly for rental through your local netflix.
